- 375.5 mg of concentrated fish oil contains 200 mg of Omega-3, out of that is 110 mg of EPA, 75 mg DHA, 15 mg of other omega-3 fatty acids
- 100 mg of borage seed oil contains 18 mg of GLA (Omega-6)
- 50 mg of virgin olive oil contains 32 mg of Omega-9
- 5 mg of natural vitamin E
